Iñaqui Carnicero, nave 16 del Matadero de Madrid

Un nuevo espacio multifuncional ocupa la nave 16 del antiguo Matadero de Madrid, transformada por ICA Arquitectura (Iñaqui Carnicero, Ignacio Vila y Alejandro Virseda) para albergar exposiciones, conferencias, pasarelas o conciertos. Mediante un sistema de puertas pivotantes de acero situadas en dos niveles se consiguen situaciones variables que van desde una sala central independiente hasta un espacio totalmente abierto donde todas las zonas están conectadas. El proyecto resultó ganador de un concurso organizado por el Ayuntamiento de Madrid en 2007.
