Este Atlas dedicado a la arquitectura última de América es el segundo volumen de una serie de cuatro, que desarrolla y pone al día la obra publicada por la Fundación BBVA en 2007: Atlas. Arquitectura global circa 2000. Con las mismas coordenadas, el libro actual, de 318 páginas y editado también en inglés, reúne obras y proyectos recientes junto a textos críticos de destacados especialistas sobre las diferentes regiones. En años consecutivos aparecerán volúmenes sobre África y Oriente Medio, y Europa.

This Atlas, devoted to the latest architecture of America, is the second volume in a series of four which develop and update the work published by the BBVA Foundation in 2007, Atlas. Global Architecture circa 2000. With the same coordinates, the current publication, of 318 pages and also edited in Spanish, gathers recent works and projects along with critical texts by prominent experts on the different regions. The coming years will see the appearance of volumes covering Africa and Middle East, and Europe.
