A series of ring-shaped ramps emerge with a gentle transition from the platform of the Beton Hala to define a spiralling structure nicknamed ‘the floating cloud,’ from which one can enjoy panoramic views over the city of Belgrade. The spiral consists of a unified and continuous pedestrian space over multiple ramps. The variety of roads, elevated to detach themselves from the buried space for car traffic, combine commercial and cultural activities such as exhibitions.
