The art and cultural venue Aviva Studios will be the new headquarters of Factory International (the organizers of the Manchester International Festival, held every two years). The complex is the first public project by OMA in the United Kingdom, and the most ambitious cultural development currently under way in the city. The main event spaces are the Hall, an auditorium for 1,600 spectators, and the Warehouse, a large space 75 meters wide, 35 meters deep and 21 meters high.
