In the old quarter of the French town of Troyes, characterized by its Gothic churches and its half-timbered buildings, the urban fabric will be completed thanks to the project that includes the extension of the headquarters of the Department Council of the L’Aube region and the Congress Center of the city. For its siting and programmatic complexity, the project is not planned as a compact building but as a fragment of the city able to adapt to the scale of the environment. At the same time, the unity of the complex is ensured through a sequence of continuous spaces on the ground floor.
